Refund & Return Policy

DollarSVG sells digital downloads (SVG, PNG and DXF cut files). There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Instant digital delivery

Your files are delivered instantly on a permanent download page after payment, so an order cannot be "returned" the way a physical item is.

When we refund

Because the goods are digital, sales are final once downloaded. Even so, we will gladly issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the file is faulty, corrupt or will not open;
• the file is materially not as described on its product page; or
• you were charged more than once for the same order.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your order or download link and a short description of the problem. We respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges

As every design is an instant $1 download, we do not offer exchanges — simply purchase the design you need.
